Gurdas 

Gurdas is a fitness professional who believes beyond all else in holistic fitness. Having been a professional sportsman across disciplines, Gurdas has made it his mission to bring the principles of professional athletic coaching closer to lay people. Gurdas has played volleyball, athletics at the nationals for UP. Besides that he is a UPCA u-16 &  DDCA under-19 cricketer. He has combined this foundational athletic experience with his certification as a certified personal trainer from the American Council of Exercise

 

He insists that his clients first develop basic elements of mobility, strength and conditioning before rushing their fitness goals.

 

Gurdas spends his weekends coaching other young trainers in attaining their fitness Certifications as well. Gurdas is also on a spiritual journey and finds poetry and the written word as a guiding light to find his way.
