Madhukar  Mishra

Madhukar Mishra started his fitness journey eight years ago as a national Level Badminton Player. Being a sportsman teaches you the value of discipline, teamwork as well as the importance of holistic fitness.

 

My sister was working in Crush Fitness India as a dance fitness instructor and I was inspired to see how she was able to spread the message of fitness to so many people. I too wanted to have that kind of impact and so I moved to Delhi and joined Crush Fitness.

 

I initially joined as a group fitness trainer for Crush Combust, our functional training program. But through my 3 month training and apprenticeship period I became fascinated with the dedicated and focussed approach in our personal training division. I am now a full time personal trainer and my biggest motivation is to hear my client recovering from a slipped disk say – “This is the first time I have been pain free in decades.”
