Vikas sejwal

Vikas Sejwal entered the field of fitness through his deep interest in the combat arts and is trained in MMA. A desire to compete in functional fitness contests brought Vikas in contact with a variety of training techniques. Working both individually and as a team towards fitness goals gave him a taste of how rewarding it is to help people reach their physical potential. After educating himself in the science of fitness Vikas has spent the last two years working as a fitness coach in the group and personal settings.

 

His students range from a 60-year-old woman recovering from spinal surgery to a 22-year-old girl looking to lose weight to 28-year-old guy trying to get ripped.

 

Here’s a fun fact about Vikas- his ambition was to be cabin crew and while he had the chocolate boy looks for it, after bouncing off the walls doing cross fit and jujitsu he couldn’t survive sitting cooped up in a plane.

 

Vikas loves football, music and most of all learning new things every day.
